Andersonville Sustainability Community Alliance (ASCA) will host a hands-on flower pot decorating activity where kids can get creative and design their own colorful pots to take home.

Bender Martial Arts will introduce families to martial arts and fitness through interactive activities designed for kids and participants of all ages.

CirquesExperience will introduce kids and families to the world of circus arts with hands-on wheel activities. Guests will have the opportunity to try wheel gymnastics and learn more about circus disciplines focused on movement, coordination, and confidence-building. There will be a performance on the green on Summerdale at 3PM on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14.

Edgewater Castle Chicago’s community-focused soccer club will be bringing interactive activities and soccer fun for kids and families throughout the weekend. Founded on the belief that soccer should be accessible to everyone, Edgewater Castle has become a beloved part of the North Side sports community while creating opportunities for players of all backgrounds to get involved in the game. Saturday, June 13 1-3PM and 4:30-6:30PM and Sunday, June 14 from 12-3PM

First 30 minutes on Saturday and Sunday will focus on instruction

Families Together Cooperative Nursery School will bring arts and crafts, toys, and their popular sensory table activity back to the Kids Area while sharing information about their Edgewater-based cooperative nursery school.

Imagine Performing Arts will lead a hands-on puppet craft activity while sharing information about their theatre classes and camps for kids ages 4-13.

JCC Chicago will host a fun children’s craft activity inspired by community, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Jovie Nannies and Sitters will provide a creative coloring activity featuring a giant 4-foot coloring house for kids to decorate while families learn more about their childcare and event care services.

Lake Shore Schools will welcome families with fun activities, school information, and complimentary popcorn while highlighting their family-focused early childhood education programs. Mr. Ray performance TBD.

Merry Music Makers will offer music-themed crafts and interactive activities designed especially for young children and families.

Music House will host an interactive instrument “petting zoo” where kids and parents can try instruments like ukulele, piano, and percussion. Families can also enjoy a kids craft activity and a fun ring toss game.

School of Rock Andersonville will bring a musical instrument “petting zoo” to the Kids Area, giving children the chance to explore and try a variety of instruments. The booth will also feature prizes and acoustic performances by the School of Rock House Band. The House Band is also performing on the Berwyn Stage on Sunday, June 14 at 12PM.

The Swedish American Museum will host hands-on craft activities in the Kids Area, including paper flower crown making, Viking helmet decorating, and clothespin butterfly crafts. Families can also enjoy free admission to the Brunk Children’s Museum on the third floor until 4PM.
