Ida Lillie Psychotherapy and Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for passionate clinicians to join our team.
We are seeking LCPCs, LCSWs, LMFTs, LPCs, Psy.D.s, and Ph.D.s who hold an active Illinois license or are actively working toward licensure. We welcome applications from provisionally licensed clinicians, fully licensed clinicians, and license-pending graduates who expect to obtain Illinois licensure within six months of hire.
This is a full-time W-2 position with a hybrid schedule, serving clients throughout Illinois via telehealth with opportunities for in-person services.

Compensation & Benefits
Our clinicians are W-2 employees and are compensated using a straightforward hourly model based on completed clinical work
Compensation
Pre-Licensed Clinicians: $50/hour
Provisionally Licensed Clinicians: $55/hour
Fully Licensed Clinicians: $60/hour
Paid administrative time for required meetings, trainings, and approved non-clinical work
