Andersonville Cares Campaign | November 14-January 8

Andersonville Cares was a campaign that we started two years ago to help connect community members with Health and Wellness Resources to help those that are struggling with the realities of Depression, anxiety, and other effects of Trauma due to the pandemic. This year we are continuing to provide resources for donation drives, initiatives, and other ways to give this holiday season. Click here for more

Santa Tracker | December

Track down Santa in Andersonville and local business through our Santa Tracker! The Andersonville Winter Market will host Jolly St Nick on Friday and Saturday thanks to a special sponsorship from Urban Pooch. He will be available for photos at the Market and will ride the Holiday Trolley. Santa will be out and about for brunch at the Swedish American Museum for Breakfast with Tomten and Lady Gregory's as well as special pet portraits with BLVD Vet. Andersonville Winter Market | December 2-4

This year we are one again transforming Catalpa into Andersonville’s very own Holiday Market that will include Swedish Vendors, Vintage Holiday Market Vendors and Local Artisans topped off with Simon’s very own Glögg and roasted nuts from Nuts to Go and photo opportunities with Santa. Our second Andersonville Winter Market will be in the Julmarknad-style (Good Christmas in Swedish)! Click here for details

Late Night Andersonville | December 2 & 16

The Andersonville Chamber of Commerce is encouraging shoppers to join us for Late Night Andersonville this season. Late Night Andersonville returns on Friday, December 2 and Friday, December 16. Click here for participating businesses & offerings

St Lucia hosted by Swedish American Museum | December 13

This year the crowning will take place downtown at the temporary Nordic House in the Wrigley building. They will then head up to Andersonville for a procession up Clark street and an outdoor performance by the Christmas tree on Catalpa Ave. They end the day at Ebenezer Lutheran Church with holiday songs, readings, and a final St. Lucia procession. Holiday Mixer | December 15

We are excited to start this Holiday season and this year we are celebrating with our friends and neighbors at the Greater Ravenswood Chamber of Commerce for our first ever Holiday Mixer. We are looking to bring folks together to celebrate, meet new folks, and to spend time with old friends in the beautiful surroundings of Koval’s new tasting room at 4241 N Ravenswood.
